Placed order through drive through. Unorganized! Had to repeat our order four times to four different people. They parked us. Person bringing order to car reached in the bag with gloves on that had touched the doors in and out searching in our bag to see what the order had in the bag. Ugh! Dirty! The order was then missing a burrito. She retrieved it but was rude. Terrible service

The female manager is EXTREMELY MEAN! She is not only rude to employees but customers also. Everyone else on staff is fairly professional.

Pulled to the box to order and was not greeted for over 3 minutes. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a sprite only to be told to pull up to the wait area which seemed odd but aye 5 stars to bring awareness rather than negativity these days. Always strive to do your best management

Quite possibly the worst McDonalds ever. We have gone there for 8 years and in the last 3 years, our order will be wrong half the time. Just went tonight, drive through girl was not happy to be working, she left out two french fries, had a coupon for a free Big Mac which I handed to the her and of course she still charged me, then when I get home (5 minute drive), every burger was like it had been sitting for two hours. Cold burgers, stale bread. Probably the worst burgers we've ever had. We are so done with them we'll never go again.

This McDonald’s has to be the worse I’ve ever had. The employees(not all) that work at this particular location be doing a sloppy job half doing things burning ud83dudd25 food , and just plain out just effortless with the job . okay I only get coffee how you mess that up and over charge me...lol last night I needed a kids meals line backed up and ppl in the parking lot waiting for they food so I decided to leave they just do too much for me won’t recommend this McDonald’s unless you want bad customer service and food ud83dude0e
