Starbucks

Ended up leaving after the 2 employees failed to acknowledge my presence. While one was working to prepare a customer order, the other was unpacking boxes.

First visit in the store. The barista could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Will, definitely, return!

The staff here is fantastic.. When they realized the cold brew was too watery, they were so hospitable and made me a different drink (and bumped up the size from a medium to large at no extra charge). Even before I ordered, they offered to make samples for a woman who couldn't decide what to order. They definitely went above and beyond for their customers and made a simple, coffee buying experience curteous and memorable. Thank you!!!

Inside the Target store. Waited in a 23 person line yesterday. It’s almost always a long line here, because it is usually understaffed. They should figure out to staff based on the demand. Seems like basic economics, but I’ve been going here for 5 years and it hasn’t improved. The drinks are fine and the staff is great though.

Had a GREAT experience at this Starbucks today. The barista, Ryan, was fantastic. There were several in line in front of us but he had our orders out within minutes, and the drinks were delicious! Super impressed!
