So far have had an excellent experience myself. I have several products with Coastal by now, and found their rates are competitive. The online services have improved notably and continue to get better.

When they find out you aren't one of the rich Cary residents they don't care about what they can do for you.

Closed my CFCU account in Fall of 2014 due to the high membership fees and other fees. This place seems more like a bank than a credit union. If you are looking for a good bank I suggest First Citizens Bank in Preston Corners in Cary. They don't nickel and dime you like this place.

Great services and accounts offered here! Very unique financial institution with the use of electronic teller machines. Tellers are also available until 7 pm.

FREE COFFEE!! They have several tellers and a CoinStar machine for members and non-members. Great customer service. Also open later than most banks. Teller is there till 7pm...
