I like Lucky Tree very much! I was given a bright and friendly greeted soon as I stepped across the threshold. I ordered a Chai Latte, hot with almond milk and it was spot on delicious! The ambience was a bit rustic but chic. It was quiet and not crowded. The hosts wore there masks the whole time and the guest,(including me) kept distance so we each could enjoy or treat. I really liked my visit and will be returning!

Such a dreamy, spacious coffee shop. I was visiting from NYC and needed a space to rest from site seeing. I ended up spending 3 hours in here reading my book, and enjoying their yummy hot drinks and freshly baked goods. There is so much space to get comfortable and stretch out. It’s beautiful as well. Definitely coming back!

I find Lucky Tree a treat for the senses & imagination! The owners are very creative people into upcycling - from their counter made with discarded wood flooring pieces & a mosaic top to the chandelier covered with coffee filters (see if you can find it). They sell art & crafts by various local artists including paintings, cards, metal sculptures, jewelry, ceramics, wood pieces, toiletries and some packaged food items. They are also a coffee shop with teas & lemonade and baked goods that are unique & wheat-free. Some are also vegan-friendly. I like to take visitors there for an off-the-beaten-path experience. Great place for unique gifts.

I absolutely adore this place! The atmosphere is quaint and creative. The art helps keep the brain churning. The prices are also fairly cheap considering how creative some of the drinks are. Would recommend the strawberry green tea and also the hippie latte!

Best place in town for high-quality coffee and healthy baked goods. Their focus on locally sourced art and ingredients, house-made flavors and recipes, and love for community building, sets them apart from other good but lesser options.nnHighly recommend the bulletproof coffee w/ whole milk from the NC State Creamery, and the almond butter cookies and oatmeal cream pies made from scratch. Or, the gold tea latte. They also make their iced lattes w/ coffee ice cubes so your drink doesn't get watered down as the ice melts (great treat in the summer)!nnWorth the extra drive, if you want a real, local NC experience.
