For the LOVE of god, please don’t use this company. I have nothing good to say about them. This is thee worst reality company. Our realtor Brent was just the same, awful. Don’t even try to contact them with questions, you will not get an answer back. Our move in date was changed not once but THREE times because of the company. The date would change the day of move in within hours. You may call & leave a voicemail and hope for a response but it’s not likely. I gave one star because unfortunately zero was not an option. Will never be using again. A group of apes would run a better company.

Is it possible to give a 0 star rating? Absolutely the worst realty company I have ever worked with. When I had simply inquired for the reason that our HOA dues were increased, I was met with a very unprofessional response, " if you don't how things are going, quit complaining and get involved with the association." That was from Mr. Trent Leavitt. If you are considering purchasing a home that is managed by this team, run away. I can only imagine how awful they are to there other tenants

Great company to rent from. Bad reviews are poor tenants that you wouldnt want to rent to so read reviews carefully.

This is the worst property management company I have rented from. I think as a tenet, you just want to feel good about who you are renting from.Feel they are honest. I didn't feel that way. I believe there is a less than Ideal business culture over at advanced realty. -When I first signed the lease, it wasn't with advanced realty but with another property management company. To have my dog in the residence, I paid a $600 non refundable pet deposit, on top of the actual deposit, as well as an additional $60 dollars a month. Anyway, a few months through the lease the owner switched to Advanced Realty. When I went to sign the lease again, Mr. Nyberg said I couldn't keep my dog even though I had already paid $1,320 just to have my dog. I tried to explain to him why that sounded bogus but he wouldn't budge. I felt like all I got from him as I tried to reason was smug obstinance. He knew in that moment the leverage he had and was just gonna bully me out of keeping my dog. I believe that was dishonorable. As luck would have it though, the lady at the front desk heard our discussion, walked in and put an open binder down on the table and said "the owner has already stated they can keep their dog." Needless to say, Mr. Nyberg did not look happy and I kept my dog. It's worth noting I never saw that lady again. So, perhaps she was quitting soon and didn't care or perhaps she was let go? -Advanced Realty was the property management company in charge for about 42 months. The only inspection they did was like 2 months before I moved out. They can dispute that all that want; but that is God's truth! -I thought the only person I worked with at Advanced Realty that I felt had integrity and was reasonable was Britton. (I didn't wok with everyone so I'm hopeful there are some other honest souls with integrity in that office) To the people at advanced realty: I felt like you guys communicated with me in this way that made me feel like I was a criminal. I was never once late on a rent payment and when we moved out, as another property management company took over a month before we moved out, I got the full $1,200 deposit back. So obviously the place was far from trashed. We took care of the property. I'm very confident that would not have been the case with you guys, considering your dishonest reputation and my experience. I hope in the future you will treat your good tenets with dignity and that you'll be honest because they deserve that.

We've been renting from Advanced Realty for a year and have had a good experience with this company our apartment was very clean when we moved in and they got us moved in quickly. Dusty has been very kind and professional with me, she's made sure to answer any questions and has always responded in a timely manner. They have been great with us, Thanks!
