Update: I finally received a reply back. It may have taken awhile but everything worked out. Thank you so much for taking care of the issue, Giving me the credit and refunding my deposit. I appreciate you! Although it was a pain in my rear moving and such, I still know my belongings were safe in the storage unit and the property was super clean and secured. Thank you!!
It is a closed gate clean storage shed center place. I like their website which is why I used them in the first place. however, after giving them a big enough notice they still tried to charge my credit card for the next month's rent. I think it's one of those things where they do it and reimburse you, but I chose not to participate and to make sure that any transaction that was to be charged here would be denied. Which they did try, and they were denied.
I have been very pleased with Fort Pierce Storage. I have been a customer for over a year.
The units are convenient and prices are great for this area. I love the 24 hour access. Security is good. The property is clean and well maintained.
Most of all, the owner/manager is a truly kind person. He has been very helpful with me when I have had questions or concerns.
