We drove an hour and 45 minutes and it was well worth it. I was able to call and start the process with salesman Dwayne Venable so that I could be certain I wasn’t going to waste my time. Once we arrived, everyone was friendly and accommodating. Dwayne answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. We left with our first Subaru Ascent and we love it!

We were traveling from Florida to Michigan and saw steam coming from front of car. This was a Saturday. I called and Mark in service said they would do their best. We pulled in and they were very helpful. They checked everything out and there wasn't any issues, probably caused by all the rain and water getting up under the hood. We were on our way in less than an hour. Great Service. Thank you

My interaction and use of this dealership was limited, this is the reason for only 3 stars. The reason for my visit was to have recall work performed. I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the service writer area, the service writer was very polite and astute. He took the time to explain the service I was having done and how long it would take. The service was done within the timeframe given. The waiting area was utilitarian, for me this is all I expect. They do offer a shuttle had I needed to go somewhere.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Scenic Chevrolet in the last month. Dealing with Chris and Brad has made these 2 purchases very pleasant and fast.

Will never deal with them again. I live in VA and they said they could take care of everything. well they didn't after over a month I call DMV myself and had to take care of it my self they had a hold on the title because Scenic had it as a GMC TRAVERSE and it was a chevrolet one of them said they should have made me pay more because I had the only one made . I didn't thing that it was to dam funny.
