They have always been so kind and good with me and my grandmother as well. They keep their place clean and comfortable for those who are waiting and be sure to be thoughtful while you are there. They're good at explaining what's wrong if you aren't all that mechanically inclined and are really great with fitting people in if there is any possible way for them to.

I was looking for a new crew cab pickup in November of 2020. I have purchased several vehicles from Scenic Ford over the years so I drove through the lot. I saw one I liked, got out looked at it. I stood at or near the vehicle for about 10 minutes before the salesman came out. I asked for bottom line out the door price. We went inside. He looked at his computer and told me the price which from my research was a little high. I didnt have time to say anything. Instead, he said he had an appointment to go to. As he headed toward the door he handed me his business card and said to call if I had any questions. He left!! I could not believe it! The next day I went to Winston and bought a $67k truck. Things sure have changed at Scenic Ford.

Very nice people in service. They make it easy to hand your money over.nAbove all, I believe the service dept to be honest in thier evaluations.
