Shane and the rest of the Francis team were nothing but kind, courteous, and easy to work with! We just bought a Jeep from them! When we first looked at it, we loved everything about it except the zip up windows in the doors. Right away they offered to order more doors with regular roll-up windows at a decent price and threw then in with the financing! Thank you for making this purchase a non-stressful process!

I've purchased 3 vehicle from them. Only reason for it not being a fourth was lack of time and needing a car for my wife when hers got total loaded in an accident. They are great to deal with and willing to go that extra mile to get you in what you want. One on one and great to deal with.

This was a great experience for my husband and I. We called them about a vehicle and they answered all questions and concerns. We had to drive 2 hours to get there so they held the car for us. When we got there they had everything ready and the car was clean, efficient, and drove really well. I've dealt with many car dealerships old and new, but this was by far the best experience. No haggling and very genuine and nice. It was worth the drive for the vehicle and the service. I recommend Francis Motors to everyone.

If I could give these wonderful people a higher rating would. They stayed late and jumped every hurdle to help us out. Without a doubt one of the best dealership I have been to. I wish all dealer could be like Francis motors. We will definitely be doing more business with them and will recommend them to everyone we know.
