Sheetz

Our truck blew a coolant hose around 1am on hwy 74 near my airy and we were able to pull into the parking lot to temp fix the hose and was able to purchase some coolant. We were able to utilize their water spigot and paper towels. Aiden was extremely nice and helpful! So thankful for their kindness in our time of trouble.

Used the app to order online for pick up at the Rockford. We love Sheetz and usually have great experiences. Forgot to order something so placed a second order while waiting. Got the first order, but it was missing an item - so we went inside (as the drive thru line was very long). Lines inside were also pretty long, so naturally people were getting upset due to extended waits. The staff were doing the best they could, but they weren't all acting very professionally. Several of them were making fun of the customers who were getting upset with waiting. Many customers left upset and angry with the service.

Five stars for staff, 0 stars for whoever owns this place for keeping it so short staffed that these people are running around like mad and being very nice to everyone and the place is still a huge mess because clearly there are not enough employees here to keep up after it.nWomens bathroom is w r e c k e d. A whole roll of toilet paper ud83euddfb just sitting in the only toilet that didn’t have a poo smear on it. For real. People are heinous.nnAlso 5 stars just because it’s a sheetz and sheetz is great. I live in the south now and I will not concede to Buccees, sheetz is the best.

The place is a clean place and is nice to customers. When I took my car there and used the superchargers to charge my electric Tesla 2 mustangs pulled up one red and one black with 2 teens in each of them and parked in the supercharging spots and got out and was fiddling with the chargers (keep in mind that they have gas powered cars) and was parked in the the parking spots where it says on like 6 signs (TESLA CHARGING ONLY) and they was just sitting there blocking the spots blocking cars that need to charge.

Went to Sheetz this afternoon to pick up some quick food, but that’s not how it went. I waited 30 mins for food that was just microwaved. I also could hear the employees in the back using profanity often and the floors were just nasty looking. I seen what looked like a drink that had been spilt last week and never cleaned up. Probably won’t come back here.
