The pizza was good I was very happy with the food just they charged me $17 extra. I’m not sure if they wanted a $17 dollar tip or something. I ordered on the app and picked cash on the app and it said $20.72 so I sent my grandma there with $22 and they lady at the window ended up charging her $37.29 I emailed customer service it took 4 days for them to call back I understand it’s the weekend but Jim called me I didn’t answer the first time but I called back maybe he’s having a bad day but he was rude and didn’t wanna listen. I always have bad experiences here always an issue. But I always give them a chance because I don’t wanna go to SC but I’ve learned my lesson this time.

Everytime we order from this place our order is always wrong they've stopped giving ranch with wings u don't even get 1 anymore.. u have to pay for it.. getting 18 wings u should at least get 2.. pizzas are always burnt.. u guys really need to get it together considering this is the only good pizza place n the entire county..

Ordered a thin crust with pineapple,black olives sausage had the stuff on it but the pineapple not so much an over cooked when ordering pineapple pizza I want pineapple on it not just 8 pieces on it. That second time. been disappointed by pizza hit in Forest city NC. Try to get some one to answer the owner u answered my review tried to get someone even called main office no one picked up
