10/23/2020 Update: we moved out of the storage unit today and it was so easy! We just popped in the office, said we were leaving and that was it! If the need ever arises again, I would 100% use PM again. We were very very happy with our experience here.
PM storage saved our butts recently! We reserved a storage unit at another facility that said they were open Sundays, we found out upon arrival this wasn't true. We found PM Storage online, saw that they were self serve (which I had never heard of and thought was so cool) and rushed right over. I was able to reserve a unit online very easily and complete the reservation at the self serve kiosk. I will say- the screen got sun bleached, we just shaded it and the color eventually came back. The office employee (didn't catch his name) we've interacted with was super friendly and helpful and this facility is actually cheaper than what we were originally planning on paying.
Great place. They went out of their way to get me access. Highly recommend.
