Worst CVS I've ever dealt with....just praying for another pharmacy (please be Walgreens!) to come to this community soon! I'm sitting on hold with the pharmacy...where I have been on hold for exactly 40 minutes so far...and this an everyday occurrence at this store. Unbelievable.

If no stars was an option that's what I would rate this pharmacy! We chose CVS over the local pharmacy in town because having an infant, we thought it would be more convenient since they are open seven days a week and offer a drive thru. We could not have been more wrong! They have messed up nearly every prescription we asked them to fill. Don't even think to ask them about transferring any medications from another pharmacy. It won't happen!

Good luck getting a prescription filled. There seems to be no urgency at all on their part to accomplish this. If the med is not in stock on Friday, I was told would not be there till Monday. I received this information after a 10 minute hold on phone with no answer and a trip to the store. Amazingly Sneadsferry Family pharmacy was able to accommodate me and were very efficient and thoughtful. KUDOS to them!

Love the pharmacy folks, always polite and willing to help. I was trying to get photos done for my classroom the night before and the photo department worked with me and helped me to get my photos done quickly over the phone.

Thanks “Pharmacist James” for hanging up on me. I was trying to share with you that I’m struggling with an issue I’m having with my medication. As I was saying, The only reason I’m dealing with you guys is because of insurance issues. And I am on a medication to help deal with opioid dependence. My medication has been cut down in order for me to afford it. I’m sick and I’m scared. Im not trying to hustle or get over. I thought I was a day early. You informed me that I’m two days early. That’s fine. I’m just used to dealing with pharmacies that make me feel listened to and make me feel that they care and try to do their best to help me. Then you hung up on me and made me feel judged, like I’m drug seeking. Trust me I’m not. I’ve had the same experience there the past few months. It’s hard to cut down on meds 30% because you can’t pay for it. I’ve been paying out of pocket for my dr and my meds. It’s hard. I understand it’s too early but you don’t have to make feel worse than I already feel. Oh and btw I’ve got my last prescription and it was not filled 11-8 it was filled 11-7. I have it here
