Gary's really worked to get my into a vehicle that fit my needs. Thomas my salesperson really helped to get me into my first vehicle and I couldn't ask for a better place to do business with!! Michelle recommended Gary's to my mother and I beyond satisfied with the care I received!

Its a great place to take your car. They are a family run bussiness. They care about your car and do all they can to make sure it is in great working condition!! Wont take my car anywhere else!!

My wife and I just bought a 2015 Malibu from here. We were assisted by Thomas and Sam, and they were so very helpful. By far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle should start here.

I promised I would write a review when we left Gary’s a few weeks ago, but, there were a few promises hanging in the basket so I wanted to see how we would be treated after the sale was over before I gave 4-5 stars.nnUnfortunately, like most auto purchasing experiences, the beginning of the transaction was very good. Everyone catered to us and they were super kind. However, after the sale of the vehicle it has been so hard to get the necessary responses or follow ups.nnWe traveled from another state to purchase the vehicle and were told that if we saw anything to call back because although there was no warranty the owner always took care of customers in the event there was something major.nnThe transaction process was long but overall ok, until we got to the registration and final paperwork.nnThere were a few challenges around registration of the vehicle. We shared some options that we KNEW were available to us that initially were disputed by the sales team however, the bank did verify the options that we shared. Glad to know we could shed some light on processes that might benefit future customers, however it did feel a bit belittling to have to challenge what they “had never done before.”nnWe completed the sale with a few “IOUs” from them to us. We waited and waited for correspondence from the company only to have to follow up several times. The lady who handles the billing/accounts, we were told, was constantly out and it really caused challenges on our end when trying to register the vehicle!! Car sales issue 30 day tags but it took over 2 weeks and our pestering to get what we needed, what they assured they would get right to us. They did send a thank you card quite quickly but not what we needed, despite clearance from the bank.nnAfter the truck was purchased it appeared that the spare tire was missing. We were told that if anything were wrong to call so we did. We were told that the owner would replace the spare tire and would be sending it soon. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and after 2 follow up calls we continue to get the runaround.nnThey really seemed like nice people so I hope they make this right. We had recently purchased another vehicle and the transaction was fast, the salesperson responsive before and after the purchase so maybe we had too high hopes for this dealership after that amazing experience.nnIf we hadn’t had these challenges I’m sure I would’ve left a much better review. They seem like nice enough folks... most salespeople do.nnIf you buy from them just make sure you handle everything that day and don’t rely on follow up.

A few weeks ago I was in an accident in my wife's truck, they eventually called it a total loss. We started shopping around almost immediately for a new (to us) truck. As we were looking around dealerships in the area, My wife had looked online at a few trucks at Gary's and I remembered that they usually had quite a few on the lot. We took a drive over on a Saturday and found a truck that my wife fell in love with, Sam and Thomas went over everything with us and we closed the deal on Monday. Sam and Thomas were really fantastic, friendly guys that went above and beyond to make sure everything worked and was just right for us. We can't say enough about it.
