My boyfriend lives in Ktown and told me that theres a lot of good salons so I yelped some places and wanted to try VAIN; it was my first time (back in July) and I was so excited! The outside of the salon is really cute and I personally think the inside of it was clean~ Although I was only able to meet a few staff, they all seem pretty friendly

This was my first time coming here and the customer service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and they made sure to implement all COVID-19 regulations to make sure we're all safe. Coming in I had an idea of what I wanted my hair to be but JAMES & RACHEL has gone above and beyond of what I wanted and for the better! They did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and I have no regrets whatsoever. James gave his own suggestions of what would look good on me and I honestly just let him do his thing and I'm so glad of the outcome. Rachel is the sweetest who offered me some drinks while I was waiting for my hair to dye and asked if there was anything else I needed to just let her know. Really can't emphasis enough how great the customer service was. The price varies depending on which service you want, but it is towards on the expensive side. However, based on the quality, the price was good for it. Definitely would be getting my haircuts and hairdos from here on out
