I had a general idea of the design I wanted, but Mark and David really help me put my ideas into a tangible object. I was able to sit down and really discuss all the options to the finest of details. And I have already recommended to a couple friends but I wanted to say how glad I have a place to make such high grade embroidery.

generally in Seattle despite bad customer service being the norm, I rarely feel actually discriminate against. I now can say I have. how they/he decided I was not worthy of a suit or was probably poor I am not sure. but he certainly let me know i was probably not in the right place and was not or could not afford to be there. bad Deal!

My go-to tailor. Fast and accommodating service and great results. Had a suit and multiple jackets, coats, pants, and shirts tailored here, and everything has always come out perfectly. As a bonus, he'll re-attach buttons for free. Will definitely continue to come here for all future tailoring needs.

Gian, is kind and helps the customer find the right look My favorite is when you are looking at the fabric samples and you pass one up that he really thinks would work for you, he will stop you and tell why. I haven't always taken his advice but I can say some of my favorite articles of clothing are the ones he me relook at. My problem is that I am getting wider in the middle I probably need to make an appointment soon.
