Be Luminous Yoga

I took a zoom class with Ashish and I highly recommend that you do too while we are practicing from wherever we are under quarantine. His teaching is effective and powerful and his cueing is clear and effective. I highly recommend checking him out with their zoom yoga offerings or go see him in person if you live in the Seattle area.

Great classes, very demanding but still feasible for all levels since teachers would always give different options. Temperature of the heated classes is not too hot - overall a great experience and definitely recommended

This yoga studio is as good as it gets; a serious sweaty workout, great community and beautiful space. Complimentary parking and tea! I always leave Scott's classes feeling both energized and wrung out - in the best possible way. Plus the locker rooms are clean and have lovely Aveda products - this is the only studio I've ever been to where I am happy to shower and get ready for my day in the locker room, without going home. Be Luminous is a big part of the reason I love being in Seattle.
