Service Today

Have not received return call yet!!!

I was very impressed with how they responded immediately to my situation. As a restaurant owner I have to say when a piece of equipment goes down because of a plumbing issue or a gas line issue it is critical to operations to restore it as quickly as possible. I called them at 8o’clock on a Saturday morning and they were there within an hour the repair was completed about 45 minutes later and we didn’t miss a beat. All before we opened for business that day. Thank you for being awesome!!

I have used Service today to take care of servicing my air handler and heat pump for years and are satisfied with their services. They do a thorough job of checking my system and let me know if I need to do anything. The service people are very polite and professional. I would recommend them.

I had them replace my HVAC system when I moved into my condo four years ago. I was happy with their price and how quickly they replaced my old system. I’ve been on their service plan for the last three years. They have been consistently responsive when I’ve called. Their customer service is excellent. I could not be happier with Service Today.

Did they arrive on time? Yes. Many times. Did they bill me for over $7,000 of work and parts? Yes. Did they repair the HVAC system? No, for that I had to call Carolina Comfort. I do not think Service Today are bad people, they are just bad at HVAC, which is shame because if you hire them you will get fast service but you might spend way more then you needed to spend. The long story... I had a coolant leak which took about 1 yr to fully leak out. Maury started by replacing the condenser. The 1 yr leak was NOT repaired. So the next year Service Today replaced the coil after which we had water leaking, raining really, through our ceiling. They fixed the water leak. They said they would fix the water stains and any damage to the ceiling, but they never sent the repair person. In the meantime the leak got worse. Now it was a 2 week leak. To fix this they proposed a crazy new line set which ran the long way around to the back of the house and would cost over $3000! I called Carolina Comfort and for a fraction of what I spent with Service Today, my HVAC was repaired and working good within one week. They found the original leak AND the new leak caused by Service Today and repaired both leaks. The HVAC has been running good for almost 1 month now.
