Due to covid, it’s taken me 10 months to visit Talbots, where I’ve been a loyal customer for 30 plus years. I went to make purchases today in Laurel Park, mask on, and I wanted to get in and out quickly. Only 1 other customer in store in the petite section.nReally disappointed with how I was treated, the tone of the associates voices and the lack of professionalism. It used to be such a friendly welcoming experience.nHave you EVER seen me give a negative review? NOT!

I LOVE my Talbots! I think the size of the shop is perfect,. It is not overwhelming, feels like a boutique. All of the staff are just wonderful! The are very friendly and helpful. I never feel pressured to purchase something. They will tell me if they don't think something suits me. I also love that they encourage me try on things that I might not have. Sometimes those items are my favorites. I need a professional wardrobe for my work and I can get items here that are professional and fashionable at the same time.

I love the pampered feeling I get when I walk in the door. My hostess name was Sherrie...She was a delight!!! She helped me with a whole wardrobe make-over and picked out clothes that fit me well. I told her on one of my shopping trips that I was going on a cruise, a day later , she picked out some clothes that she thought I would like and had them waiting for me in a dressing room with my name on the door. Good quality clothing.

Everyone is so nice and helpful here. Paula and Ann helped me so much. Great sales and beautiful clothes!
