We connected with Tracy Dyer through a recommendation from the Asheville accounting firm that does our audit work each year.nnWhat we needed was someone to parachute in and help us dig out from a large backlog of work created by my trying to do 2 jobs, both of which required a great amount of time and focus.nnTracy's role was to help us prepare for our year end audit which included some difficult calculations for a couple of special year end entries.nnTracy quickly learned the business processes behind the activity and did everything we asked in a very tight timeline.nnShould you have need for someone with his background, education, and experience, I highly recommend you give Tracy a hard look.
