I have been using HR block for my taxes for over 20 years. Made an appointment for a one on one visit. When I arrived they informed me that they were only doing drop-off!ud83eudd2c The website should NOT have the option of one on one if they don't offer it! Not very happy right now! Then they inform me that they are behind and it could take as much as 3 weeks to get my taxes filed. If I didn't already owe for an Emerald Card I would've went somewhere else!!

Really bad, the very kind person, but very slow to do his job, took the documents to do my taxes, after a week they had not looked at them, so I decided to pick them up and go to another place where they made my taxes immediately. They are very behind in their work, I do not recommend them.
