Here we sit with no gas. Our residence was on the scheduled route yesterday. We called at 9:05 yesterday morning to report we had 0 percent in our tank. Reported emergency reasons we needed our gas. It is supposed to snow here today. It is 50 degrees in our house. They are going to make us pay 85 dollars up front to get gas or we are going to have to wait 3 to 5 days. I suggest finding a different provider.

I frequent the gas station on Wesleyan Blvd store#11..good service..aside from frequent computer glitches with the fuel rewards system there...but the night clerk Joyce is not a good people person when it comes to her lottery customers. I don't play much..but this woman shuts down lottery every night she gets to work..which is either 10 or 10:30pm..and if she's called in earlier to cover someone else's shift she shuts it down then as well and will only sale scratch offs. This hurts the business..but I guess they don't care..she's been doing this and creating negative repor with customers for a a few years!...she feels that lotto customers are a bother..well...she's in the wrong line of work..lottery is that store's BIGGEST revenue other than the gas.

Was charged for a delivery that I didn't receive, have been a customer for 10+ years they chose to lose me as a customer.
