Mona's Cuts

Best hairstyle I've had in years. I've been looking for someone to cut my hair, which was near my waist. Mona recommend and gave me a better cut and style that I went in there looking for. I had my hair colored here a few years ago due to a recommendation from a hospice manager. I was traumatized so badly that I actually had forgot to review this shop and give future people warnings to stay away from this place. After 5 processes and irreparable damage to my previous treated hair, I walked out looking like a crayon box of orange, red, and yellow exploded on my head. Owner had her crazy sister in the salon working and I was laughed at and made fun of the entire time. All this after my mom had just passed away. The owner's sister got great pleasure telling me that my hair was falling out when the owner was rinsing for a 5th time. I do not believe that was funny at all. I walked out and felt like my heart was beating out of my chest. Shame on people like this to prey on someone so vulnerable. I would rather have my root color take over my whole head than to go to these people again. The most unprofessional redneck trash I have ever encountered. Thank goodness I found a top notch stylist/colorist to repair the mess after I got home and really looked in the mirror. Women beware!! This shop needs to be closed down by the state and the license stripped. They do not need to be interacting with the public.
