The chicken is very well marinated and tastes amazing. The grain base of quinoa and millet mix had a very refreshing taste. Their home made hot sauce is very hot. Be careful! We also tried the vegetarian option with purple potatoes. Also tastes very good.
One of the best food trucks in Seattle hands down! They cater the best combo of delicious yet healthy food. Makes me want to go back to their ingenious menu again and again!
Delicious and healthy, but the Spring Chicken dish comes already spiced at two stars so too hot for me. Eating slowly and sweating. If they could serve without the hot spice added in or added in as an option, this would be perfect.
Upma is nothing like Upma. Biryani is basically the same thing as upma except it has chicken. More of a salad bowl. Don't go with Indian food expectations.
Absolutely love their food. Its fresh, tasty and healthy. What more do you need for lunch!!
