We were told we would be informed when our food was ready by text message, with an approximate time it would be ready. 30 minutes after the stated time, I decided to walk over and check...sure enough it was ready, and judging by the temperature had been ready for quite some time. Flavor was good, but food and coffee were quite cold. I understand that people forget, but when you're forced to include a 20% gratuity, then service had better be spot-on.nnI might order food from here again, but I will not count on being notified when it is ready.

Heavy greasy food. Order online only but you don't know that until you get there.nnThe guy that helped was very nice.

Visit started off on a high note. We were excited about the menu items and quite hungry. The COVID experience has the now typical QR code menu and order online option. We followed instructions and were quoted 30 minutes. We then waited in the cold rain for well past that time before approaching to find out when our orders might be ready. It became clear quite quickly that the guy at the window with one AirPod in his ear delivering rude responses to anyone inquiring about their orders would be less than helpful. The place was obviously overwhelmed and that could have easily been forgiven but the guy at the window really crushed any good vibes we could have left with. Between being unbelievably rude about canceling our orders that were over an hour late and blatantly ignoring any of our questions as he refunded us, I do not recommend you go here. Maybe try the other location or a day where they have more pleasant staff? I recognize it was a rough day on this team but leading with the attitude we all received was certainly not the approach to take.

Too over hyped, they didn't have the original menu they show online and on Yelp when I went to the restaurant. Went down they only had the sandwiches were overpriced, small meat portions. And just wasn't that good with my biscuit bun burnt.
