I watched now over the last couple years as this business doesn’t seem to be interested in opening up their second line for drive-through service. Sad, as other CVS locations seem to have no issue with that, sort of just seems lazy doesn’t it?nLike most businesses now, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get someone to answer the phone, if they do. Sad state of affairs, I’m sure the employees are doing the best with what they have, what they have must not be nearly enough.nI’m too lazy to want to make the switch to a more effective company like Harris Teeter pharmacy, guess I’ll need to get over that and make the effort to change.nBuh bye CVS

Worst customer service in the evening! I have been calling for 45 minutes, to speak to ANY associate, to ask a very simple question. In that time, I have been hung up on 3 times, phone rings endless the other times, transfered 2 times and got nothing but zen music! Really?? Your phone service sucks!
The staff at this CVS have always been extremely kind and helpful!! We have always used Walgreens & Akers..still do... However, we started to use CVS when they were the only ones who had one of my children’s medications about 2 years ago & have used them (along with the other 2) ever since!! The customer service is truly fantastic. The staff we have dealt with will go above & beyond to help in any given situation! I do not recall any staff member having an attitude, which is remarkable in itself because everyone has an attitude sometimes but I have yet to encounter one here. (No, they do not come across fake either.. lol) Anyway, after dealing with the guy I spoke to this evening, I felt it needed to be said! They deserve acknowledgment for their seemingly awesome work ethic & customer service! :) Thanks Guys!!
