I've shopped at roses all my life. Love this store. Great selection, great prices, friendly employees, & clean store. And love Wednesday senior citizen 10% discount. I buy all my clothes, & household items here.

Great selection of clothing's, but sizes are not on point. Prices are great. Bathroom is horrific! Def don't use it. Looks like an outhouse exploded. There's no way the employees use it.

Rose's in Belmont NC is THE BEST ROSES TO VISIT! WHY? The ABSOLUTE HANDS DOWN BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My new good friend Nick over in the Furniture & Flooring department went ABOVE and BEYOND to exceed my expectations in the service I receive . Very kind, patient, soft spoken young man who wont quit till you're satisfied. Kudos to this young man. He is a MAJOR ASSET to this compan . I am SO HAPPY and SATISFIED with my new BED, COUCH, and Rug for my apartment. I'm so GRATEFUL for all of Nick's efforts into making sure I got everything I wanted. Thank you again Nick! This is the BEST Rose's in the entire state!! It's clean and has a Vast variety of items!!! I've been shopping here for 30yrs!!!!!!

I shop here a lot and spend plenty here, but some of these ladies are really rude ,no customer skills or professionalism at all. I was treated very rude while bringing in a return . No greeting , no can I help you just a “do you have your receipt”? as the older lady beside her helping or training this younger lady she whispered rudely through the whole process .They would not return the item with the receipt I had because it was exchange receipt.( Im sure thats what the whispering was about) but it clearly stated that I paid the difference if anything . They called a manger only to offer a store credit , because I didn’t have both receipts ,so I declined because of the amount I payed for the item . There where no options ,no customer service skills whatsoever. Then just rude to top it off for most of these ladies here to be Roses veterans!
