Wonderful salon! In addition to the boutique I also get my hair done here. Have been a satisfied customer of Pam's for about 3 years. She will make sure you are happy before you walk out the door. If you are not happy she will make it right. The boutique is nice as well. I have been happy with every purchase I have made. Zach is very good at helping you find what you need.

Poor customer service! I have never been ignored in such a way before! I walked in today to see what types of clothing/accessory items they had and NOT one employee spoke or even acknowledged my presence! There wasn't a welcome to EllaB, can we help you? Hello! Absolutely nothing! I wasn't invisible so they clearly saw me walk in the door and no one opened their mouths! So I kindly took my money else where!
