Often, people buy a car from a dealer and later get to know the service department. This time, I got to know the. Service department first, with my 2015 leased Buick Encore. I was impressed with the service facility and staff, and when my lease was ending, leased a 2018 Buick Encore from McKenney. Love my car, and look forward to continuing to work with the service department.nnYou guessed it. I liked my 2018 Encore so much that when the lease ended, I leased a car from McKenney for the third time! This one is a 2021 burnished bronze metallic Encore GX loaded with features I've never had before, from fog lights to blind spot alerts. Thanks, McKenney staff!

Chris our salesman performed in a very professional manner. and at times was jovial, which I like. I had to have some work done to my 2013 GMC Sierra, that included contact with the parts department as well as the service department. Jon in parts was over the top, and my experience with Tim in the service department was above board. I had never had any work done by McKenney before, and my part was there in one day, and installed the same day, SUPER. I was treated like a life long customer or a member of the McKenney family. I look forward to this relationship continuing.

I highly recommend McKenney Chevrolet especially Holly and Keaton to anyone in the market! They made my car buying experience easy- YES EASY, and who can say car buying was easy? On speaking with 5 different Chevy dealerships, Holly treated me the absolute best and helped me get the best for my trade in and price for the new Tahoe! Keaton spent a lot of time explaining everything about the Tahoe to me, answered my questions based on all the new technology and options and just was an overall joy to work with!
