Wonderful experience!!! Big thanks to Hutch and Benjamin! Both of them deserve 5 stars each! They made the best deal possible with my requested color and accessories. They were very prompt in reply. I just visited the dealership once to pick up my car, rest all happened over the calls and emails. Benjamin gave me very detailed information about the car and also helped me to set up the Mazda mobile app. Awesome customer service! I would definitely recommend Mazda of Gastonia.

Beverly is a superstar and went above and beyond to help me get in and out quickly. Zero hassle / haggling. Just an easy transaction overall. Great job! Also, Kelly in finance was a delight to work with. No pressure. In and out of there too! :)

We moved to NC almost 2 years ago and needed to lease a new vehicle. I had shopped several other dealerships in the area but felt more appreciated at Mazda of Gastonia. Hutch and Craig(who actually sells from the Toyota lot which is where I started) made my purchase hassle free. I am so impressed with the quality of service and so happy with my purchase, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

Dennis Lara was our sales associate.nnWe live over an hour from Mazda of Gastonia, but they had a used CX-5 that my wife was interested in. We were able to call and confirm the inventory in minutes.nnUpon arrival Dennis had the vehicle out front and ready.nnWhen we decided to purchase they weren't able to charge our full down payment in one transaction due to technical limitations. It was Saturday and the banks were closed and our checkbook over 3 hours round trip away. They were very accommodating and sent someone to pickup the remainder of our down payment at our home the following work day.nnMy best purchasing experience thus far. Highly satisfied.
