I really enjoy getting my car serviced at Keith Hawthorne Hyundai. They are quick and efficient. I don’t end up waiting 3 hours for an oil change at other places. It’s easy to get an appointment when needed. Also I can bring my computer and work while waiting on my car. I also don’t have to worry about being hounded by sales people to trade my car while there to get service like I have at other Hyundai dealerships. I will continue to service my car at Keith Hawthorne as long as I own it.
This was a amazing experience for me and my wife. We went in honestly not expecting a deal to be able to be made but thanks to our awesome salesman Dalton and his sales manager JD we was able to get an awesome deal. Thanks to Hyundai of Gastonia for making my wife extremely happy.

I drive from Wilmington NC to have my car serviced because the service here is fantastic. Their employees are personable and trustworthy. I have never worried about my car when I leave. They have never tried to sell me something I don’t need. All around it’s a great experience.
Jd the sales manager is a very professional Courteous and caring man to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. I purchased my wife a new Hyundai Tucson on Friday and my son was so impressed with JD he went the next day and bought his wife a new car as well.
