the customer service was so great too and it wasn't too busy when we came (friday afternoon) . our drinks came out very fast and they're soooo yummy. the boba is really good too nice sweetness + chewiness. also MACADAMIA NUT MILK changed my life bless the non dairy options here. definitely coming back :))
One of my favorite boba places. They have an oat milk option and interesting tea combinations. Integrating hibiscus tea is a new trend at boba shops, but this place does it right
The place was packed but right off the bat I could tell that they were super clean. It was nostalgic because my university had a bubble tea shop right off campus. I don't remember ever specifying green or black tea so I went with a strawberry fruit smoothie and added strawberry boba.nnThe cashier was very kind, patient and understanding. They moved very quickly and I got my order in about 5 to 6 minutes. It was delicious! The strawberry boba was a great touch! Even though it was cold outside, I couldn't put this drink down and I'm so happy I found this place.
Slightly higher price which is fine if it was a good tea but the tea had barely any taste.nImagine you drank a bubble tea 3/4 of the way, and left the last 1/4 with ice. Then the ice melted, and then you added water to fill the rest and get a new bubble tea. Well, that's how this one tasted.nWish I had seen the other reviews before ordering.
Great drinks, terrible service. They were on their phones and ignoring my friends who were needing help understanding Boba tea. There was nobody else in line so they could've been nicer and welcoming. They just look like they hate their lives.
