Alicia Moose was amazing and extremely helpful. Jackson Hewitt Belmont is always very nice and stick to what they say.

The employees are extremely nice, but the company as whole is very deceptive. I was quoted a price to file when i first came in. The price was higher than most, but the company boast big advances, and I had received a nice advance from this company in the past. When i actually filed, the price was $100 more than the quote, and my total advance was less than what I paid to file. They state that they give the biggest refunds, but I am pretty sure turbo tax could have done just as well and cost way less. I will never use this company again.
