McDonald's

The night shift in general doesn't seem to know what they're doing. Several items were very cold, including the fries and pies. Order taker didn't ask half the stuff he was supposed to and outright ignored half the order because he was busy goofing off. If it was a one off experience it would be fine but it's happened a few times, usually with the same dude. If it's after 8:00 you're better off stopping literally anywhere else.

Pretty good franchise location. Usually friendly service and usually correct order fulfillment. It's a pretty decent McDonald's

I am new to Winston-Salem. I have been here twice and the food is always hot and fresh but the line is always extremely long. The customer service is great as well.

This has to be the worst mcdonald I've ever been to. The only reason I continue to patronize , there are no mcds around here besides this one. One reason they dont allow inside customers and drive is very very slow. Each one of the cashiers are very rude. Even NY fries were cold today...the location im referring to is located on. Renoylda and old town road in Pfafftown NC. I love mcds but this has to change...

I ordered a mcgriddle and the bun was all smushed. Also I ordered half and half tea. I received extremely sweet tea. I won't be returning.
