If I could give six stars, I would. A wonderful buying experience and the service was out of this world. They really go the extra mile. They delivered the car to my front door. Any minor issues were promptly taken care of. The communication before, during, and after the sale was stellar!!! The website was helpful and easy to navigate. They offer a reasonable warranty with the purchase, which give me the peace of mind you can’t get from buying from an individual. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy here again. In this new world of online and vending machine car sales, you don’t get the service like you do at Brand Used Automotive. I really walked away feeling like I had made a friend. Sometimes I just text him photos of myself enjoying my new ride. I would send my mother to buy a car here! 6 stars for sure.

These are great guys. I didn’t meet John but he was great on the phone. Brad was one of the easiest and most patient guys I’ve dealt with. Found a great Tacoma here and the experience felt more like visiting with a buddy than a used car deal.

Best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever completed. Most write a review simply because they are just happy they were able to be financed and purchase a vehicle. Therefore, they leave a review. This is a true testament to the quality of care and customer service I received from Brand Used Automotive. I have been in the market for a 4x4, with a lift and all of the bells and whistles, while still maintaining excellent condition. I did a random search and came across a Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab 4x4 with everything I wanted already installed and in excellent condition. I put in my credit application on a Friday evening. The next morning (Saturday), I spoke with the dealership before noon to review my credit application, and by 3pm on Saturday I was approved. Brand Used Automotive delivered the truck to my residence (free delivery), and the truck was just as expected, EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this dealership for their honesty, commitment to customer service, and a quality product. 5 Stars all day long!!nChris. R.

These guys were terrific!! They went above and beyond in helping us purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my daughter!! We felt confident we were getting exactly what we were told. John is very knowledgeable in car sales and it def made us more at peace in the process! We live a hour away and they even delivered it to us!!
