Went by there on three different occasions normal business hours but noone was there. Left 3 voicemails . No call back. Bad business. I guess they don't need the money or can't even be professional and courteous enough to respond.

After haggling with a big name dealership we found our vehicle online at Ballpark. We checked the carfax drove to the dealer test drove the car and made the deal. 2 hours start to finish. They even offered a dealer warranty which the big name could not do. Easy process

I came by in march an looked at a Black Ford Edge. I spoke to a man in the office for close to 15 mins got the keys to the car looked at the interior. It was cold raining sleet mix that day. Needed a car to drive my Grandmother to an from doctors apts sine my mother passed. Its not to easy getting a 80 year old in a Lifted F250 Made a cash offer on car . think the car was 11K on the lot. You had had some work on the sun roof an other things. I asked if the true maintenance had been done due to 145K plus on car. I looked at 15 cars that day so dont hold me to that. Got told nicely around a bout that there was no paper work on it. Think I offered 9k for it, an in cash no check. had the cash on me. Its no hard feelings I got in a good one with half the miles one owner. Just felt I was not taken serious. I been in working on buying cars fixing them selling them since I was 18. An that is the reason I gave a 1 star rating.
