I purchased a GMC Acadia and I absolutely love it!! I just paid it off and I would absolutely go back here to purchase again!! They were always very nice to me and very helpful. Yes I had to do alittle work to it but I didn't buy a NEW vehicle I bought a USED vehicle some people don't understand that USED IS NOT NEW!! I will be going back to Carsprice when I'm ready to purchase again!!

Dont buy a car from this place. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. These people sell junk cars. I bought a car from them for cash and within 15 hours of having the car found out the car needed a motor. After two weeks and them making me take it to two different mechanics and both mechanics saying it needed a motor they offered to put the motor in for me but i had to buy the motor. And still now after putting a motor in the car it is parked and will not crank. The lady told me that if I was ill with them they would not help me at all. I said buy a car that has a blowed motor and see if your all happy about it. Bottom line go some where else. These people will rip you off.

Don't buy a car here, got a car that was fixed wrong and i paid for it. Less than a week and less than 500 miles. Not happy but car seems ok now. Update, My check engine light is on, need new cat converter, it was probably reset and that can buy you time, its odd that I drive it for two weeks and now it needs converter. I know as it but be good to people. I spent all my money, they could of worked with me with minor repairs.

Update: I see the company is claiming my statements untrue. They don’t openly disclose the vin, like they confirmed, because they don’t want you to know the history of the car. Another common shady practice for dealerships like this.nI can forward the copy of the carfaxes to anyone looking for them as proof. Your website allows me to get the vin immediately by hitting “request vin” and having it sent to my email, you must not have realized this. They’re also listed along with your listings on Facebook. I see you have since removed the car that I referred to from your listings which was a very responsible move. You are correct, you never spoke with me because I chose to do business elsewhere.nnWhat’s hurtful is your deceitful practices that are attempting to target lower incomes and mostly those with credit issues.nnAnyone wondering about the validity of my review can follow the steps listed above to pull the vins themselves and get the carfax before making a purchase.nnShady stealership. I was looking to buy a car, I pulled the vin on six different cars to check the carfaxes. Every last one of them had the odometer rolled back, including the still listed red 2013 Ford Focus.nI tried to leave a review on their Facebook page, since that’s where they advertise the most, they have reviews turned off.nHaving worked at a dealership in the past, this place is nothing but a bucket of red flags. Shop elsewhere or lose your financial investment on a lemon, the choice is yours.
