i dropped my new suburban off and they kept me informed on the progress
Courteous welcome and upfront on cost. I was not influenced to be sold something I did not need, just what I came in for. I respected the service managers honesty and professionalism. A great experience, unlike other service centers I have been to.
Oil change was done quickly.nMy tires were not rotated which I do with each oil change. For some reason I was told I didn’t need it this time which confused me. My normal service advisor was out sick, so I will be contacting this person in a couple days.
I had an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I made the appointment on line which is great! I love that it gives me an option to select my service advisor who is Jeri. She is great and is always helpful. My service was performed on time and Jeri let me know about future service that I needed. I also asked her if she could get me a price on a part that I need to replace on my car, which she did. I can't ask for better service than what I receive at OBX Chevrolet and Jeri!
Everything is great as usual but this time my TMPS sensor was bad in the right rear tire but was fine before I took it in. No lights! on and the truck is a year old! Those sensors are supposed to last 5 to the 10 years. I do understand stuff happens but I didn't understand how all the sudden it went out now I have a light on in my truck? Everything else went great as usual like I said previous very friendly everybody!
