Shopping for appliances or electronics has always been very stressful for me until yesterday. The customer service I received from the people at this store made me feel like they really cared about me and they treated me like I were a family member they were helping. I was able to ask a lot of questions and received very attentive responses. On top of the great experience, the prices were awesome! I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

We have been in the market for a quality used washer and dryer set. After past experiences with other used appliance stores, I was skeptical about buying used again. All American Appliances completely changed my opinion! They had just what we were looking for, in nearly new condition and at a reasonable price. Their knowledgeable staff answered all my questions and my washer and dryer were delivered quickly. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family.

A great place to visit and buy! I was in need of a dryer and someone told me to go here. I'm so glad I did. I was able to buy a dryer which was a perfect partner to the washer I already have. Prices were great! However, customer service is truly lacking. Delivery and installment is FREE which is wonderful. Needless to say they didn't show up when scheduled nor did they call to inform me that they wouldn't be coming. I took off of work only to be inconvenienced with a NO SHOW.

I recently bought a used dryer from this business and I really like it. The customer service was great. They are friendly and they listen to what it is that you want and what your budget is. I would recommend this business just for the great customer service alone.
