No Soap in Public Restrooms during a Pandemic. Gross!! and unsafe. Cashier said she had to wait for the key from her boss to refill the dispenser. I suggested she just put hand soap on the sink from her store self. She said no. I asked her if she wanted me to do it for her, again she said no. So Gross. Beware!
