David represented me in numerous real estate transactions in addition to other legal matters. I found him to be professional and precise with his filings and briefs. He is a friendly and helpful attorney. I would not hesitate to utilize his services and recommend him to others.

I was represented by Mr. Sumpter to purchase a piece of property cash purchase. To learn there was no title search done deed was given to me with a court ordered lean against the property & he immediately turned it over to the Insurance company. Refused to talk to me. I am now holding a piece of unmarketable property with no response from him. His excuse was I did not request a title search. What did he get paid for???? Run run ud83cudfc3‍♀ufe0f
