So I strongly not recommend this Law Firm seems to me they do not work hard for you or fight for you at all had them for a couple of days and he charge way too much telling me that he charges by the hour or charging me an hour wage and I signed papers for a Set price after I argued a little about how much he charged for he said he drove an hour and a half to have judge signed the papers but I have it documented the lady at the office saying they sent someone else to sign papers because they had court there so therefore he told me a lie about him driving out there but yet when I spoke to the lady at the office she said the other lawyer has court there and And I was going to have them signed I’ve got it documented so I caught him in a lie Took them over a week to even file the papers after he told me he would have them done on Monday and I paid him on a Friday he lied to me about that took over a week to have them filed After me calling almost every day and not getting an answer I am a low income person and he pretty much stole my money wouldn’t fight for me in court but yet telling me my kid was not endangered after defects is involved and thing she has been telling me sure if the judge would’ve heard what she’s been telling me the judge would’ve probably thought she would’ve been in some kind of danger He is all talk when you first talk to him but when he gets in court he gave me nothing so I fired him I’m going to go with another lawyer hopefully somebody who will fight for me and my child and don’t lie and steal my money

I retained Mr. McKinney to represent me in a child custody case and I was thoroughly impressed with his honesty and his prompt communication! I would recommend him to any and everyone for any legal matters!

Be careful of this law firm. They represented my ex in revoking my support which was agreed upon prior to seperation. I was not notified of a hearing though he claimed he attempted through the attorney that wrote up the agreement. He knew full well the attorney didn't represent me at the divorce. I represented myself. The other attorney insinuated himself , knowing full well I was not using him.futhermore because my children stay in contact with my ex, he is privy to where I am at any time. He didn't want me to know what he and this less than professional attorney was up to. I am in process of filing a complaint with the bar against both attorneys.

Highly recommend this law firm. Mr. Mckinney was quick to respond . Mr. Mckinney took care of a problem that had taken us months. He resolved in two days with a email . The firm was professional and very responsive. Jeff and dawn Huro
