3 year boycott over. It has been 3 years since I used a pilot or flying J truck stop for anything at all. I stopped at this location and my boycott of 3 years is ended because of the staff at this location. The manager Tonya is probably the best manager of any business I have encountered for long time. Tonya has some sort of ability or developed some sort of special skills in hiring people. The employees have a set of customer service skills that have been lost by most customer service industry businesses. Tyler Kathy Jessica Eddie BJ Ami Nicole and all even the ones who's names escape me are so kind caring and considerate and they all truly have a desire to make sure every person coming into the store has a great experience not just good but great. The subway and mama daluca's pizza are great food providers. Anyone traveling on interstate 40 should try to make it a planned stop on your travel route. I know I will plan my travel route to make sure I use this pilot store and mention you read this post when you visit please. Thanks for reading

Very small pilot. And not a lot of parking for trucks. But amazing customer service very clean bathrooms. And very clean nice hot shower.
