THE BEST THE ELECTRIC SERVICE COMPANY IN THE COUNTY! Bill, the owner, is absolutely awesome. I contacted him to help with an electrical improvement at my house which I rent weekly, and he sent someone out the next day...a Saturday, between renters. Bill spent a lot of time on the phone explaining some ideas...something most places don't take the time to do. In fact, usually, you can't even talk to an electrician when you call their business...usually just a receptionist. Anyhow, I thought it was really great that he took so much time chatting. He sent Troy out to do the work. Troy called me both times he went to my house to explain what he found and make recommendations. I have to say, Troy is the best field electrician I've ever dealt with in my life, and I've built or renovated a lot of houses in my time. I was just blown away by how knowledgeable, polite, articulate, and kind this guy was. I felt like he was treating my house as his own. Together he and Bill came up with some really good ideas, which also saved me some money. Troy called me again when he was finished to explain what he had done, and also reported some things that my management company had missed (some unsightly items stacked in the foyer for months, and two missing smoke detectors). He even moved some the items for me. He also corrected some work done by a previous electrician, like empty breaker slots in 200 amp panel, and a newly installed but dead GFCI. Anyhow, I can't say enough good things about the guy. For the record, I live out of state, so finding people you can count on to do a good job when you aren't there like this is very valuable.

Called H&H, having never used them before. Troy came out, was polite, friendly and very smart about his business. Took the time to educate us in what he was doing and why. I'm an information person, so really appreciated his patience with all of my questions. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond. We will never call anyone else from this point forward. Customers for life.
