Thanks to Tim and Tammy in parts for all their help; great employees. And a big shout out to Kim in service who is super duper helpful to me.nnWant to add thanks to Terry and Doug in service for all their help and excellent work recently.nnStill a big fan of Carolina coach! My RV is now 8 years old and I continue to receive excellent service from these fine folks. Sorry to see Kim go, but glad to welcome Roger as her replacement. He did a super job of scheduling my service appointment with my favorite technician, Doug. All work was done efficiently and well. Thanks to all. Oh, and thanks to whoever that guy was who came out in the parking lot and told me that I could do laps way down on the other end. It was beautiful down there. Almost like really hiking. Also thanks to everyone for following coronavirus safety guidelines.nnDrove all the way back from Alabama to make sure I got good service at my dealership. They took care of me very well. Thanks to Trent for answering the direct tech line on Easter Sunday and trying to help me while I was still in Alabama. Alas, because of my poor maintenance, I had to make the trip home. (I would rather come home than deal with someone I don't know.)nnHuge thanks to Jessica and again to Doug! They bent over backwards to help me out in a timely manner. They are both doing a wonderful job.nnBy the way, in all my travels, I've never met anybody else who has anything like the Carolina coach direct tech line. People are amazed when I tell them about it.

I had some work done to my travel trailer recently. Greg (the Service Manager), Kim (Service Advisor) and Tracey (Warranty Manager) treated my home away from home as if it were their own. I definitely recommend bringing your RV here, even if you didn't buy it there.

Jessica my service writer is absolutely outstanding!! I have dealt with many customer service representatives and she could teach them how to do it like an expert. Jessica truly takes the time to find an answer for any problems I may have and will thoroughly investigate to find the answer. I have worked with Jessica for many years and she always has a smile on her face. She makes dealing with Carolina Coach & Camper a pleasure and and as a former business owner, I would have loved having her as one of my employees.

Carolina Coach offers a side variety of RV's. The facility is very clean with signs discouraging employees from smoking. The showroom is very inviting.nnThe staff are friendly and knowledgeable and not overbearing.nnThe parts carried in the parts department is extensive with hair prices.

Jessica Donadio, our service writer, and the technicians were very professional, courteous and timely in evaluating our Lance 2375 for a recent recall. They also completed warranty service to our satisfaction!
