My husband and I purchased a new Yukon Denali XL from there. 3 months in we finally have title docs. Our paperwork first had an error then lost. We sent it back 3x. Today I called because our packet for our local DMV (Florida) needed the odometer disclosure which was missed. They faxed/ and overnighted. We get to the end and the DMV says we owe the fees to title. $116.75. Clearly that amount was written and paid for in our contract. I call the dealership and Mrs. Franklin rudely says- “so you want more money?” And repeats it when I say no I would like what I paid so I can pay my title fees. She repeats that phrase, says to call after one and hangs up. Worst customer service ever experienced.nTo top it off we almost did not buy it because the finance guy was pushing what he wanted not what we wanted to do to buy (how much down we wanted etc). AND the Denali has 4600 miles on it with now a issue with oil consumption which has to be monitored at our local dealer.nnDo not shop there. It’s not worth the headache. Find another place to buy.

About 10 years ago I was referred to them when looking for a car and now I will never go anywhere else!! It was the easiest and happiest car buying experience I have ever had!!! Now my family and friends go there too. Their kindness and professionalism exceeded my expectations!!!

Very calm right now. Not alot of activity. Inventory not Robust. Probably because of COVID-19.
