Starbucks

I ran in on my lunch break for my usual ice coffee. The employee, Bre, was extremely rude. I knew my drink was wrong the second she handed it to me. It looked like milk. I tasted it and it tasted like straight cream. I kindly told her that something was wrong and she acted like I was incompetent. I had her re make it and it was wrong again. She made ME feel stupid. It's a simple drink as well. I lost my whole lunch break and left there with nothing to drink, and angry.

Fast and efficient, cheerful would've been nice.

The employee turned the lights off literally as my husband put his wallet on the counter. She never acknowledged us. After saying excuse me several times, she turned around and said they were closed. I asked what time they close? She said 7:00pm... It was 6:50 pm...sign has 8:00pm.

Barista was inattentive and unresponsive. She didn’t get our order right, I really wanted my banana bread. Overall experience was unpleasant. Would not return

Peaches makes the best drinks of any Starbucks I’ve ever had. She is always super friendly and always has a smile. I wish they had a drive-thru so I could see her more. Thank you, Ms. Peaches!! Nobody compares to you.
