H&R Block

Very respectful and very outgoing to help someone out will go to them again next year no doubt about that

Process was frustrating. Visited office on 6th (Sat) filled all paperwork and gave my w2 and was told to wait for a call-back. Why not just file everything there on the spot? I recieved a call-back a couple days later just to be told to wait for another call-back. So 1 week has passed and I called HR block 13th(Sat). I was told someone would call me back same day, no one called me. Tuesday rolls along and I called HR block again. Now the lady I spoke to said my return has been ready since last Saturday. (1) I called you guys last Saturday nobody told me this, and I didnt get a call-back like I was told. (2) I called yesterday 17th (Tues) was told to wait for a call-back. No one called me back. (3) Today 18th, I called HR block again.....finally the lady said all i needed to do now is complete the transaction online.

I love h&r block, except their prices. I wish they were a bit lower.

Very disappointed I've never been denied an advance the bank always gets their money back when my taxes go through
