We were taking a trip to ocean isle and my alternator stopped working so I called a bunch of places trying to find one and they were all very pricey. When I called Lewis Auto and spoke to Regina, I told her our situation she took the initiative to call anywhere that had a cheaper alternator and had it shipped to the place where my car had been towed. It arrived the next day. The customer service was outstanding!

needed part, gave description, she checked her part and called me back. We compared numbers; I asked if she could get it out overnight and she said she would try. it was here the next day at 11:00am. Very good service, nice people.
