I am not only complaining about the electrician side of the business but also the property management side as well. I have been living in one of their rentals for almost a year and nothing ever gets fixed. The slumlords are wanting to throw my girlfriend and her daughter out on the streets just because at the time of the lease signing my girlfriend was not put on the lease but a month later when the rent and day to day property management was transferred to Burlington Rentals my girlfriend was put on but the Freeman's are not wanting to honor that. Nothing is ever said from the owner only through his mouthpiece of a maintenance man.

Great job in following up and replacing some breakers...will be using them again.

Do not hire this company. No one answers the phone, and if you call the owner he tells you you've got to leave a message at the number no one answers. Plus he is rude and talks to you like you are an idiot. They use every excuse to make sure you know it's not their problem, it is something you are doing wrong. Poor customer service.

We tried calling on multiple occasions and could never get anyone to answer or call us back. When someone finally did answer, they told us they would call us back to set up an appointment. The person on the phone kind of mumbled and seemed very disinterested and did not provide good customer service. And not the least bit surprised, they never called back to set up the appt. Despite the fact that we were under warranty and would not have had to pay out-of-pocket for the service, we just ended up paying someone who had great communication and got it done quickly.

Freeman Electric installed all of the electrical work in my new home 2 years ago. Recently we had an issue where we could not turn on the fan and the light in a bedroom or it would trip a breaker. We called Freeman Electric on a Thursday, as they were the ones who installed it initially. We had to call again on Monday to inquire again and were finally able to get a hold of someone. The gentleman who came to our home was very kind and advised us that we had two wires touching and that the chances of this were 'one in a million'. This took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose and fix. Much to our surprise we received an invoice for $125 from the company. My husband called to inquire as this should have been under warranty. The owner was VERY rude and disrespectful. In fact, my husband was advised that 'if I told everyone that work is not under warranty, I would not have any business.' Furthermore, we were advised that 'the same thing happens to a car', to which my husband replied that a car is moving and our house is not. We were then reminded how if this went to court WE WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE for the payment of all fees. The fact that a statement such as that is on an invoice should set off red flags as to the integrity of the company. I can assure you that myself nor anyone I can advise will use Freeman Electric for any electrical needs. My husband has never been spoken to in the manner with which he was for a simply inquiry as to how we were responsible for a charge. Poor business practices all around.
